Our Story

Hi, we are Lex & Nae, co-founders of Chevu. We’ve known each other for more than 7 years and have worked on several projects together.

After several attempts to find the right hair products, free of harsh chemicals, that would not harm her already fragile and unhealthy hair, Nae started to make her own products with natural herbs to take care of her hair. Results from several months of using her products, had friends questioning what kind of products she was using and where they, too, could buy some for themselves.

With more and more customers returning to buy our hair products on a recurring basis, we decided to turn to social media and create tools that would help us  educate our customers with routines, tips to create healthy haircare habits, and recipes to create natural hair treatments at home.

Today with enough customers to call this a business, we are creating technology tools that will help us better communicate and connect with our customers to collect more feedback to better understand and provider tailored hair care solutions.
